New Year Draw: terms

The draw is run by Elvedin Skeledžić, Herknerstraße 10, 88250 Weingarten, Germany ("we"). It is not sponsored, endorsed or run by NVIDIA, Discord, Rockstar Games or any other company whose products are named here.

Entries count from 4 Ekim 2026 03:20 GMT+2 until 3 Ocak 2027 18:00 GMT+1. The draw takes place at 3 Ocak 2027 18:00 GMT+1.

Natural persons aged 18 or older with a FiveForge account. You confirm your age when you join; winners must prove it before a prize is handed over. The graphics card can only be won by participants whose residence is in a member state of the European Union. The digital prizes (the Studio month and the credits) are open to every participant, wherever they live.

Our staff and their household members, and accounts that are suspended or held, cannot win.

The draw is void where the law of your country does not allow it.

Join the draw on the draw page: confirm that you are 18 or older and accept these terms. You receive an entrant code. Only joined accounts take part.

No purchase is necessary. Every 7 days you can claim one free entry on the draw page. Free entries need a verified email address and membership in our Discord server; at most one claim per person, per Discord account and per period, and at most 2 claims per network per period.

Purchases earn entries on top: each paid month of a plan earns Creator 25, Pro 50, Studio 100, Elite 250 entries; a yearly plan earns twelve months of entries at payment. Credit packs earn one entry per full €1 paid. A paid plan change earns one entry per full €1 paid.

Plans and packs are sold at their normal price. Entries are a free addition; nothing in the price pays for the chance to win.

Each person holds at most 5000 entries. Entries above the cap do not count.

Entries count only for purchases made and free claims taken inside the entry period.

Each person may take part with one account only. Using several accounts, fake identities, automation or any other way of collecting entries unfairly excludes all of that person's accounts from the draw.

Winners are drawn at random, weighted by entries: a person with twice the entries has twice the chance. The graphics card is drawn first, only among entrants who stated that they live in the EU; the other prizes are then drawn among all entrants. Each person can win one prize.

The random numbers come from a secret seed fixed before the entry period; its SHA-256 fingerprint is shown on the draw page from the start. After the draw we publish the seed and the list of entries by entrant code, so the result can be checked by anyone.

Winners are published on the draw page and on our Discord by entrant code, not by name.

We contact winners by the email address on their account within 7 days of the draw.

To claim a prize, a winner replies within 14 days with their full name and, for a physical prize, a delivery address, and proves their age (for example by showing an ID document in a video call; we do not keep a copy).

A prize that is not claimed in time, or whose winner is not eligible, is drawn again from the remaining entries. A graphics card winner who cannot show an address of residence in the EU forfeits it, and it is drawn again among EU entrants.

1× ASUS Prime GeForce RTX 5060 8GB OC graphics card (about €450); 1× FiveForge Studio plan for one month; 5× 500 FiveForge credits.

The graphics card is shipped free of charge to the winner's address of residence in the European Union. It is not shipped outside the EU and is not replaced by cash.

Plan and credit prizes are added to the winner's FiveForge account, cannot be transferred and cannot be paid out in cash.

If a prize becomes unavailable we may replace it with one of equal or higher value. Any taxes on a prize are the winner's responsibility.

Entries earned with a payment that is refunded, reversed or disputed are removed. A winner whose winning entries rest on such a payment is replaced by a new draw.

We use your account data and entries only to run this draw. A winner's name and address are used only to deliver the prize and are deleted three months after delivery. Winners are published by code only.

You can withdraw from the draw and ask for your draw data to be deleted at any time via our Discord support; your entries then end. Your rights under the GDPR are unaffected.

We may end, pause or change the draw for important reasons, for example technical problems, fraud or legal requirements. Entries already earned keep their value in any replacement draw.

We exclude participants who break these terms or manipulate the draw.

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
