FIVEFORGE ("we", "the service") is a browser-based tool that converts 3D models you upload into FiveM-compatible game files. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. Your content & intellectual property
You are fully responsible for everything you upload. You must own, or have a valid licence to use, every 3D model, texture and file you convert.
You may not upload models, textures or assets that are ripped, stolen, leaked, or that infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other intellectual property — including assets from other games (e.g. Rockstar/GTA, or any third party) and paid asset packs you don't own.
De-badging, renaming or modifying someone else's asset does not make it yours.
You keep ownership of your own original models. We claim no ownership of your uploads or the files we generate for you.
You are responsible for following Rockstar Games' and Cfx.re's community guidelines when you use the output on a FiveM server.
We do not review uploads in advance and are not liable for content you submit. If you break this section, we may delete the content and suspend your account without refund.
2. Acceptable use
Don't use the service for anything illegal, infringing, or abusive.
Don't resell, sublicense or rent access to the service or your credits.
Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer or abuse the platform, or create accounts to farm free credits.
3. Credits & payments
The service runs on credits. New accounts receive a small number of free credits. Additional credits are purchased through our Tebex store, which is the merchant of record and handles payment and tax.
Each conversion costs credits, deducted only on a successful download.
Credits do not expire. Credits and purchases are non-transferable between accounts.
Because credits are digital goods delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or at our discretion (e.g. a billing error). Refund requests are handled via Tebex.
Prices and credit costs may change at any time.
4. Service "as is" — no warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that generated files will work perfectly on every server or FiveM version, or that any tool (including beta tools) is error-free.
Always test generated assets before using them in production.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FIVEFORGE is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service or the files it generates. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.
6. Copyright complaints (takedown)
If you believe content processed through the service infringes your rights, contact us on our Discord with details (the work, proof of ownership, and the offending content). We will review and remove infringing material and may ban the responsible account.
7. Accounts & termination
You're responsible for your account and password. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or attempt fraud — without refund.
8. Privacy
We store the data needed to run the service: your email, username, hashed password, credit balance, and your registration IP (used only to prevent free-credit abuse).
Uploaded models are processed to generate your files and are not shared with third parties. Job files are temporary.
Payment data is handled by Tebex, not stored by us.
We don't sell your data.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
