Questions
Does it work with my housing script?
The shell export is a normal streamed model with collision; your housing script spawns it and handles entry and offsets as it does for any shell.
Do doors open?
Single door leaves open when approached. The map export uses native GTA doors with hinge physics, without a door script.
What does it cost?
Your first creation is free. Every new creation after that costs 200 credits, charged only after a successful export.
