Credits

Credits are prepaid and spent per export. Nothing is charged until a resource is successfully built.

1. 1Buying themBuy a pack or build your own size on the pricing page. Payment runs through Stripe checkout, so your card never reaches us.
2. 2Spending themEach tool lists its price. The credits leave your balance only after the export succeeds.
3. 3When a job failsIf an export fails through our fault the credits return automatically, and re-exporting the same file is free for 7 days.
4. 4Do they expire?Pack credits never expire. Plan credits reset with each billing cycle.
